What it does for you
Research peptide stores can't use the built-in payments of mainstream store builders, so every order goes through an outside processor, and those builders add a fee of up to 2% on each one. We charge a flat price and nothing on your sales.

Platform cost for one month, billed monthly. The hosted builder figure is the cheapest of its three published self-serve plans ($39, $105 and $399 a month in October 2026) with its 2%, 1% or 0.6% fee on orders paid through an outside processor. No. Every plan has a 0% platform fee. You pay your payment provider's own fees and nothing to us on top, however much you sell.
Mainstream card processors, and the store builders whose built-in payments run on them, restrict research peptide sales. A store that depends on its platform's payments can be switched off overnight with its balance frozen. Keeping payments in your own name means a decision about another store never touches your money.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in your account at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
Yes, on Growth and above. Paste a Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI API key into Connectors on your My-Pepts dashboard and every AI feature in your admin runs on it. Nothing you do on your own key counts against your AI credits; your provider bills you directly for what you use. The key is stored encrypted by My-Pepts, only ever shown as its last four characters and used only by your store's own server, and you can switch back to My-Pepts AI at any time.
No. Every store opens at yourlab.my-pepts.store, and you can connect a domain you own on any plan, with the certificate handled for you.
No. My-Pepts is for labs that sell materials for laboratory research use only. Every store ships with an age gate, a research-use confirmation at checkout and legal page templates, and our terms do not allow stores that market products for human consumption.
No. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added at checkout where they apply. Business customers can add a VAT number.
Every plan includes manual bank transfer and UK pay by bank through Fena, an FCA-authorized open banking provider. Connecting your own card processor, using a merchant account that has approved your products, is coming soon on Growth and above. Money goes from your customer to your provider to you; My-Pepts never holds it.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, monthly or yearly. You add a payment method at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Roughly one short draft: a reply to a customer, a pass over a product description, a discount email. Longer research notes and each briefing use about 10 to 25 credits each. Unused credits do not roll over.
At the AI credit limit, drafting pauses until next month or until you add a credit pack; on Growth and above you can also switch to your own AI key. At the email limit, broadcasts pause; order and account emails always send. Orders and products have no limit on any plan.
Every lab already gets its own copy of the store and its own database. On Enterprise, that stack also runs on servers no other lab uses, in the region you choose, or inside your own cloud account. Pricing starts at $1,500 a month, billed yearly.
Plans are billed in US dollars today, from $99 a month. Your store sells in its own currency regardless. Billing in GBP and EUR is planned.
